After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer to the limited extent of directing 4th respondent 4 to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 18.01.2025 in a time-bound manner. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioners’ representation dated 18.01.2025, in accordance with the law. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel on both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 18.01.2025, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
