Also heard Mr. Sumit Jhawar, learned counsel for the Non-applicant. 2. By way of this revision, the applicant prayed for following relief:- “It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 revision petition and the impugned order dated 29.09.2023, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kawardha, District Kabirdham (C.G.) in Misc. Cri. Case No. 176/2022 may kindly be modi0ed, in the interest of justice.” 3. Ms. Chandrikaditya Pandey, learned counsel appeared and submits that since Mr. Dharmesh Shrivastava has now been appointed as State Counsel, she prays for time to 9le her power on behalf of the applicant to argue the matter. 4. From perusal of the record, it is evident that no interim order has been passed in the present matter. Further, the case pertains to the year 2023 and has remained pending for a considerable period of time. In such circumstances, keeping the matter pending any further does not appear to be justi9ed. Moreover, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the present revision. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 6.
