ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Notice to respondent No.3 is dispensed with.
3. Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or direction, directing to the Respondent No.1 and 2 to consider the representations made by the Petitioners dated 06.06.2025 vide Annexure-N,P,Q&R, to take action against the 3rd respondent institution, without further loss of time.
b. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the above petition. The said memo reads as under:
"The undersigned counsel for the petitioners submits that, prayer made in the above writ petition has been considered by the respondents in Appeal No.08/2025. In view of that the present petition is does not survive for consideration. Hence, the petitioners may kindly be permitted to withdraw the above petition, as the petitioners does not wish to prosecute the above matter. Therefore, the above matter
