Case No. 233 of 2023, to transfer the case record to any other independent agency and after reinvestigation submit charge sheet as against the accused persons as expeditiously as possible. 2. Mr. A.K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate produces the instructions dated 15.01.2026 of the IIC, Pirahati P.S., p. 2 puspa Bhadrak enclosing the copy of the chargesheet dated 06.04.2024, which discloses that chargesheet has been submitted against 11 persons for commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/ 447/ 427/ 506/ 34 of the IPC. The said instructions along with relevant documents are taken on record. It shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record. 3. In view of the submission of chargesheet, no direction is required to be issued in the CRLMP. 4. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of. 5.
