The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) CALL for records which ultimately resulted in inviting tender Annexure-A dated 4.5.2026 in so far as it relates to Item-1 Package No.574issued by 1st Respondent; b) ISSUE an order, direction or writ in the dated 4.5.2026 issued 1st nature of Certiorari, quashing the tender notice by Annexure-A Respondent in so far as it relates to Item-1 of the tender notification is concerned; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26160 WP No. 15648 of 2026 c) ISSUE an order, direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend intended date of completion for execution of balance Project Work-E and permit the petitioner to complete the balance work at the earliest OR in the alternate direct the respondents not to entrust the execution of the work without taking joint measurement of the balance work; and d) ISSUE such other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The said memo reads as under: Memo for Withdrawal In the above matter, Petitioner submits that Tender Notice dated 04.05.2026 is withdrawn by 1st Respondent and in view of the same the above Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and become infructuous. In view of the same Petitioner prays to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty file Writ Petition if need be same may be taken on record in the interest of justice. 3.
