Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels. 2. At the time of hearing Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits a letter dated 6th March, 2026 as received by the learned advocate-on-record from the petitioner requesting him to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3. Mr. Banerjee submits that an appropriate order may be passed for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. 2 4. The letter dated 6th March, 2026 as filed by the learned advocate for the petitioner is taken on record. 5. In view of the submission made by Mr. Banerjee, this PIL is disposed as withdrawn.
