Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri M.M.M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that respondent Nos. 5 to 7 are interfering in a civil dispute pending in O.S. No. 523 of 2025 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram District, between the petitioner and unofficial respondent Nos. 8 to 10, in respect of land in Survey No. 48/17 to an extent of Ac. 0-54 cents. He further submits that they are threatening the petitioner to settle the issue with the unofficial respondents/respondent Nos.8 to 10, though the matter is purely a civil dispute and is pending for adjudication. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, requests the Court to pass appropriate orders. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos. 5 to 7 not to interfere, henceforth, at the behest of respondent Nos. 8 to 10, in connection with the civil dispute pending adjudication between the petitioner and unofficial respondents/respondent Nos. 8 to 10.There shall be no order as to costs.
