This Transfer Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner-husband for transfer of Original Maintenance Case No. 241 of 2024, filed under Section 144 of B.N.S.S., 2023, from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party- wife has submitted that he has been instructed by the Opposite Party to submit that she has no objection if the Original Maintenance Case No. 241 of 2024 is transferred to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro. 4. It appears that Notice has been issued upon the Opposite Party by the Co-ordinate Bench (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Pradeep Kumar Srivastava) of this Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:19306 ) 2 Court vide order dated 18.09.2025 and now the Opposite Party has appeared. 5. Today, the learned counsel for Opposite Party, on instruction, has submitted that the Opposite Party has no objection if the said case is transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 6. Under the circumstances, let the Original Maintenance Case No. 241 of 2024 be transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 7. Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro is directed to transmit the entire records of the Original Maintenance Case No. 241 of 2024 to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi forthwith. 8. Thus, this Transfer Petition (Criminal) No.22 of 2025 is allowed in terms of the consent of both sides. 9.
