Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:-
“a) That impugned acts of the respondents, above-stated, may very kindly be quashed and set aside with directions to respondents to immediately and forthwith pay arrears of revision of pay scales to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2016 uptill 31.01.2022, the date of superannuation of the petitioner, alongwith interest @ 9% per annum till the date of actual payment; 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 (b) That directions may kindly be issued to the respondents to submit pension case of the petitioner afresh on the basis of the revised pay with respect to the petitioner on the date of superannuation with further directions to re-fix the pension of the petitioner and to pay the arrears accrued thereto alongwith interest @ 9% per annum till the date of actual payment; (c) That respondents may very kindly be directed to pay arrears of leave encashment, commuted value of pension, gratuity, DCRG alongwith interest @ 9% per annum till the date of actual payment pursuant to revision of pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.2016; (d) That the respondents may very kindly be directed to grant arrears of DA as admissible from time to time alongwith interest @ 9% per annum till the date of actual payment;”

Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the
3 direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
