By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus Commanding upon the Respondent Authority to Act in terms of the Motor vehicle Act and Rule for deciding the renewal application pending before the Respondent No.2 for the Route Ranchi to J.K. Road via Champua, Keonjhar being permit No.PSTS- 216(6)45(i) and PSTS-216(6)45(ii) as the Statutory Authority is not working as required under the Act and Rules. 3. It is grievance of the petitioner that this application for inter-state route permit is pending before the Transport Authority, the same has not been decided. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the respondent No.2- State Transport Authority Jharkhand to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the application is pending and if it is in order, the same will be disposed of within a reasonable time. 6. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with the law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
