Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “I. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record from the respondents authorities. II. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concern respondent authorities may be decide the pending representation of the petitioners and he may be provide the departmental benefit (increment/promotion) from his initial appointment dated 02.08.2004. III. Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favor of the petitioner. “ 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage he is only seeking direction to respondent no. 3 to take decision on pending representation dated 28.12.2025 Annexure P/5 within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner dated 28.12.2025 Annexure P/5, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
