SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEET PUROHIT (THROUGH VC) Order 21/01/2026 1. Heard. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the word “appeal” is erroneously mentioned in the order dated 13.08.2025 passed in the case Dr. Sampat Kumar Chirania Vs. Dr. Arushi Ajey Malik and Ors. (D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.86/2025). Instead of the word “appeal”, it should be the [2026:RJ-JP:2815-DB] (2 of 2) [CMAP-4/2026] word “application” within the meaning of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989 (for short ‘the Act’). 3. We accordingly, modify the order dated 13.08.2025 and hold that in second line of paragraph No.2 of the said order, the word “appeal” shall now be read as “application” within the meaning Section 21 of the Act. 4. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 13.08.2025 for all intents and purposes. 5. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
