Copy of the said report is given to the Court. I have perused the same. It is seen from the said report that the offence is not sustainable and it has been filed due to a complete misinterpretation and understanding of the law. In that view of the matter, since the “C” Summary report is not taken on record, present proceedings have become infructuous. 3.
