Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 20.08.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and other communications of respondents No.1 and 2, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid communication dated 20.08.2026, reveals that the Government has provided the budget in favour of the petitioners and sent the budget to the concerned DDOs as well as Treasury concerned. Thereafter, the arrear bills have been prepared by the DDOs 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of the concerned schools. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the amount as per the bills prepared is not remitted in the account of the petitioners within two weeks from today, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
