Heard Mr. Pradyumn Poddar, who appears with Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh for the appellants and Mr. Yogesh Modi, learned AC to AAG-IA for the respondents. 2. This appeal challenges the Single Judge’s order dated 6th November, 2025 dismissing the appellants’ W.P.(S) No.6014 of 2025. 3. The impugned order notes that the case of the present appellants was exactly similar to those of the petitioners in W.P.(S) No.1440 of 2021 and even the issue raised in these two matters was also similar. 2026:JHHC:19684-DB 5 4. Admittedly, W.P.(S) No.1440 of 2021 was dismissed by the learned Single Judge and even the L.P.A. No.676 of 2025 against the same was dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench by passing a detailed judgment and order on 4th December, 2025. 5. Accordingly, by following the reasoning in the Co-ordinate Bench’s judgment and order dated 4th December, 2025 dismissing L.P.A. No.676 of 2025, we dismiss the present letters patent appeal. 6.
