The Written Instruction indicates that the Writ Petitioner, who is the successful bidder in respect of parking on the canal road, has been granted the area for parking and that the Writ Petitioner has been asked to pay five months advance of the bid amount. 4. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the demanded amount has already been paid on 16.03.2026. 5. Having noted the same, this Court is of the considered view that no further consideration is necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
