Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No.344/2026 dated 15.06.2026, registered at Police Station Subhash Place, for commission of offences under Sections 318(4)/316(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 420/406/34 IPC). 2. FIR has been registered very recently i.e. on 15.06.2026. 3. Learned Addl. P.P. for the State appears on advance notice and submits that so far, not even formal notice has been issued to any of the accused. She submits that, even otherwise, the Investigating Agency would investigate the matter in a fair and transparent manner and from all possible angles. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it later, if need so arises. 5.
