Grant such further or other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A memo for withdrawal dated 24.04.2026, has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the petitioner respectfully submits that the Corporate Debtor has been liquidated, and the Liquidator is filing an application for dissolution before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal.
