The issue raised in the present writ petition is no longer res integra and has been settled by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of M.Kathirvel vs. Inspector General of Registration and others1. In view of the said authoritative pronouncement, this Court cannot entertain a prayer for cancellation of a registered document by declaring the same as fraudulent.
