Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioner’s seniority in the gradation list from her initial date of appointment i.e. 03.12.2007, and to place him at the appropriate position accordingly, considering his continuous service. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant all consequential benefits, including consideration for promotion, fixation of pay and seniority based benefits, arising out of correction of the petitioner’s seniority. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. At the outset, counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before the respondent No. 4 for redressal of grievance as raised in this writ petition and a direction be issued to the respondent No. 4 to take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner, at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation before respondent No. 4 raising grievance as raised in this writ petition. If such a representation is submitted, the respondent No. 4 shall consider and take decision on the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
