This is the second date of hearing in this case and learned counsel for the petitioners is seeking grant of adjournment in such like case which is nothing but mockery of the proceedings. Either the petitioners are not under any state of alleged threat or apprehension from the end of the private respondents or they do not intend to come before this Court for making their statements in support of the allegations made.
