When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has filed anticipatory bail application directly before this Court, without approaching the concerned Sessions Court. 2. At this juncture, Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition before the concerned Sessions Court. 3. Permission as sought for is accorded. 4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner/accused No.3 is at liberty to file a fresh application before the Sessions Court concerned.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________________
