There were defects in the writ petition. 3. As the defects were not removed Lawazima Board of Joint Registrar (Judicial) gave two weeks’ time to remove the defects on 24.11.2021. When the defects were not removed the same was placed before Lawazima Board of Registrar General on 24.02.2023 when again two weeks’ time was given to remove the defects. 2026:JHHC:18535 2 4. Finally when the defects were not removed this case was listed before this Bench. 5. Till date no step has been taken by the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the office and now we are in the year 2026. 6. It is clear that the petitioner is neither taking any interest in this case nor in removing the defects, thus, this writ petition stands dismissed.
