Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over instructions dated 18.08.2026, which inter alia demonstrate that after the Government had conveyed approval to start six months Bridge Course for in-service Elementary Teachers, teaching class 1st to 5th, the case of the petitioner was sent to Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, who has intimated that as the course is only for those primary Teachers who had been appointed with B.Ed. degree in accordance with NCTE Notification dated 28.06.2018, therefore, the petitioner is not eligible for six months certificate course as per NCTE Notification. 2. In light of these observations, these proceedings are now closed, with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for, that if so advised, he may assail the order dated 22.05.2026, passed by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala, Kangra.
