For the State : Mr. Praful Jojo, A.P.P ------ Order No.02 Dated- 03-07-2026 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238(a) of B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner committed murder of Sanichar Tudu. It is next submitted that only because the petitioner has some land dispute with the deceased hence, the suspicion is raised that the petitioner might have committed murder of Sanichar Tudu. It is further submitted that the statements of the witnesses that the petitioner was last seen consuming liquor together with the deceased, is against the contention of the informant that there was dispute between the parties. It is next submitted that though the confessional statement of the petitioner made before the police is there in the record but nothing has been recovered on the basis of the confession of the petitioner. It is next submitted that the petitioner got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-06. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co- operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted the petitioner has been in custody since 10.03.2026 as mentioned in para-01 of the bail application and charge-sheet has been submitted. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class Giridih in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
