The petitioner has filed writ petition No.5243/2022 which was dismissed on 23.05.2024 pursuant to order dated 24.04.2024. The petitioner has filed restoration application No.349/2025 and same was allowed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.07.2025 subject to deposition of cost of ₹2500/- in the cost fund of RALSA within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for petitioner has deposited ₹2500/- on 19.08.2025 but he did not complied order dated 24.04.2024 as directed by this Court on 24.07.2025. He offers to withdraw instant restoration application with liberty to file application for recalling or extension of time provided in the order dated 24.07.2025. 4.
