The present contempt petition has been filed for alleged defiance of the order dated 12-9-2025 passed by this Court in WPC No.5327 of 2024. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent by placing a copy of the order dated 8-1-2026 would submit that the order passed in WPC No.5327 of 2024 has already been complied with in its true perspective. Copy of the order dated 8-1-2026 is taken on record. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that albeit the order has been passed on 8-1-2026 but copy of the same has been produced by the respondent before this Court today for the first time that too without filing affidavit in support of the said order. 4. Be that as it may, since the order of this Court has been complied with by concluding the enquiry, the petitioners may question the legality and validity of the same before the appropriate forum, if so advised. 5.
