Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 07.08.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of order dated 05.05.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), Chamba, District Chamba, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 05.05.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.37,600/- after two years of regular service, subject to 6nal 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 outcome of LPA 6led in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to 6x the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 19.12.2025 passed in CWP No.19949 of 2025, titled, Rakesh Chauhan vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner in terms of the directions given by the Court in the judgment sought to be executed within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to 6le an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
