Ms. Omiya Anusha, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in terms of the order dated 11.05.2017 passed in W.P.(S) No.1354 of 2016, subject matter of the instant contempt case, the reasoned order has been passed on 18.02.2019, as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner intends not to press the instant contempt case, however, has sought for liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum, if the petitioner so wishes.
2. Accordingly, the instant contempt case is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to assail the reasoned order dated 18.02.2019, passed in terms of the order dated 11.05.2017 passed in

W.P.(S) No.1354 of 2016, before the appropriate forum, if the petitioner so wishes.
