The correction application has been moved for seeking correction in the order dated 02.04.2026, whereby, the applicant was enlarged on bail. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that in paragraph-3 of the order Section 302 of IPC be incorporated in the 6th line of paragraph-3. 5. Learned State counsel have no objection. 6. Accordingly, the correction application is allowed. 7. The order dated 02.04.2026 be corrected by inserting Section 302 of IPC in the 6th line of paragraph- 3. 8. This order be treated as part of the order dated 02.04.2026.
