1. The present Petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks to assail Order dated 14.08.2026 [“Impugned
Order”] passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi [“learned Family Court”] in HMA No. 16/2018, titled “Prashant Sharma @ Poshit v. Bhawana Sharma”.

By way of the Impugned Order, the learned Family Court dismissed the Application preferred by the Petitioner under Order XVIII Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking recall of the Order dated 16.07.2026, whereby the opportunity of the Petitioner to cross-examine PW-1 had been closed.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Petition along with documents that he submits were This is a digitally signed order.
