This writ petition was filed on 16.03.2023. There were defects in the writ petition. 3. As the defects were not removed Lawazima Board of Joint Registrar (Judicial) gave one week’s time to remove the defects on 13.04.2023. When the defects were not removed the same was placed before Lawazima Board of Registrar General on 06.11.2023 when again two weeks’ time was given to remove the defects. 4. Finally when the defects were not removed this case was listed before this Bench. 5.
