(Oral) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for petitioner has limited his prayer to the extent of directing respondent No.4-District Magistrate, District Udham Singh Nagar, for deciding the representation submitted by petitioner dated 24.03.2026 to respondent No.4-District Magistrate (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition). 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was allotted a foreign liquor shop at Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar for the Financial Year 2026-27 which since been renewed for the F.Y.2027-28. Respondent No.6 was also allocated a foreign liquor shop at Shakainya road for the same financial year. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that such shop is opened by respondent No.6 within a distance of one kilometer from petitioner’s shop. Petitioner is not against the allotment of shop to respondent No.6, but his prayer is limited that he may open the shop outside the municipality limit not at Shakainya Road. 2026:UHC:2380 2 4. With the aforesaid prayer, petitioner has moved a representation dated 24.03.2026 to respondent No.4-District Magistrate, District Udham Singh Nagar (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition). Petitioner has limited his grievance for directing respondent No.4-District Magistrate, District Udham Singh Nagar to decide the said representation within a stipulated period. 5. The said prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner is not opposed by learned State Counsel. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is finally disposed of, only on limited ground that respondent No.4-District Magistrate, District Udham Singh Nagar shall decide the representation dated 24.03.2026 moved by petitioner (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition) by speaking and reasoned order within a period of ten days from today. 7.
