By filing this writ petition, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondents to make necessary corrections in Online Register-II as per the records maintained in Offline Register-II pertaining to the land of the petitioners bearing Khata No.67, Plot No.892, Totak Rakba-99 decimals, Mouza Mesra, as instead of Plot No.892, Plot No.692 has wrongly been entered in Online Register-II. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the area and the plot number of land in Mouza Mesra, Khata No.67, which belongs to the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the digital records though in the physical register the same is correct. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has represented but no decision has yet been taken. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kanke immediately along with a copy of this order, who will consider the representation of the petitioner and will take appropriate steps on the same taking into consideration the order passed by this Court on 10.06.2026 in W.P.(C) No.3953 of 2026 “Ram Prakash Bhagat @ Ram Prakash Oraon Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others”. 6. It is expected that the entire process should be completed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any adverse order is passed, the same should be communicated to the petitioner immediately. 7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
