Issue an order of direction or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No 2 to renew firearms license No. 42/RR/2010 in the name of the petitioner and; c. Issue any writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit on the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. What has essentially been challenged is the cancellation of the Arms licence issued to the petitioner and the subsequent endorsement which has been issued refusing to renew the Arms licence. 3.
