In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of order dated 05.07.2024 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Lohardaga in Mutation Revision Case No. 17 of 2020-21 and further for quashing of the entry made in Register-II (online) pursuant to the said order in the name of Nazrul Khan (Annexure-8). It has been further prayed to restore the order dated 21.01.2021 passed in Mutation Appeal No. 13 of 2019-20. 3. After going through the record, I find that there is dispute between the parties as the land is in joint possession. There cannot be individual Jamabandi when the land is joint. 4. If the petitioners want, they should file a suit for partition or for any other relief before the Civil Court, having competent jurisdiction which will be considered and after the decree is passed, it is expected that the Revenue Authorities will correct the record according to the decree passed in the suit. 5. The order passed by the Revenue Authorities will no way prejudice the Trial Court. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
