Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the entire record including the impugned order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only four witnesses have been examined but none of the witnesses have taken the name of this petitioner. He further submits that all the co-accused persons, who were involved in the same offence have been enlarged on bail. He further submits that the case is based on circumstances. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-1st Serailella in connection with Gamharia Police Station Case No. 62 of 2025 (S.T. No. 187 of 2025), subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Seraikella once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
