Theses writ petitions have been filed challenging the departmental enquiry being conducted against the petitioner including appointment of the enquiry Officer and the presenting Officer. In these petitions, no interim relief was granted by this Court. 2. During pendency of these writ petitions, enquiry proceeded ahead and resulted into imposition of punishment against the petitioner against which, the petitioner preferred a departmental appeal which also stood dismissed. Thereafter, a review petition was also filed which has been 3 dismissed. Thereafter, challenging the departmental enquiry and the chargesheet issued, the petitioner had preferred another writ petition bearing WPS No. 545 of 2025 in which notices have been issued to the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the fact that a departmental enquiry has come to an end by imposition of penalty and the same is under challenge by the petitioner in WPS No. 545 of 2025 therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to raise all the grounds that are raised in the instant writ petitions in the writ petition bearing WPS No. 545 of 2025. 4. Not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent/SECL. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
