HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 463/2025 In S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.6137/2024 Ehsaan Ali Sherani S/o Shri Allauddin Sherani ----Petitioner Versus Union Of India ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. S.S. Hora, Mr. Tara Chand Sharma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Ajay Shukla with Mr. Shivam Sharma, Mr. Raghav Sharma, Ms. Jyoti Sharma HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR
Order 02/02/2026 The matter comes upon an application No.463/2025 filed for modification of order dated 24.05.2024. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court vide order dated 24.05.2024 in S.B. Criminal Misc. II Bail Application No.6137/2024 directed the petitioner, that he shall not move outside India without taking due permission from concerned Trial Court. However, whenever the application is made by the petitioner for seeking permission to go abroad, the Trial Court fails to decide the application promptly, therefore, the order dated 24.05.2024 may be modified
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, if the Trial Court is directed to decide the application expeditiously as per law.
(2 of 2) [CRLMA-463/2025] Considering the above facts and argument advanced by counsels, the Trial Court is directed to decide the application of the petitioner, whenever the petitioner seeks permission to go abroad expeditiously, preferably within a period of three days. Accordingly, the application is disposed of in above terms.
