It transpires from the record that the petitioner had earlier filed CRMP No. 820/2022 along with three other co-accused persons, who were also petitioners in the said petition, and the present petitioner was arrayed at Serial No. 4 therein. The said petition was dismissed on the ground that the charge-sheet had already been filed. Concealing the said fact, the present petition has been filed. The order dated 25.07.2025 reads as under:- “1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls. 2. In view of the same, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. 3. At this juncture, learned State counsel submits that the charge-sheet in the present case was filed on 21.09.2022. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on this ground alone.” 4.
