4. Having considered the fact that the petitioner was awarded a minor penalty in form of “Censure” after culmination of
[2026:RJ-JP:386] (3 of 3) [CW-14538/2022] departmental proceedings, thus it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in light of judgment in case of Raghuveer Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.20358/2018 decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. The “Censure” will not come in way of considering the petitioner either for promotion to higher post or grant of ACP. The penalty of
“Censure” will not affect the seniority of petitioner. Thus, as and when the case of present petitioner is considered by the respondents either for promotion or grant of any scale then the petitioner is entitled for the benefit as laid down in case of Rahuveer Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan (Supra).
5. With aforesaid, instant writ petition and misc. application, if any, stands disposed of.
