By way of the present petition, the petitioner is questioning the order of termination dated 21.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No. 6, whereby the petitioner was terminated from the post of Guest Lecturer (English). 2. Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the petitioner has been permitted to rejoin on the post of Guest Lecturer (English) at Laxman Prasad Baidya Government Girls College, Bemetara. Insofar as Annexure P-2, i.e., the advertisement in question, is concerned, learned State counsel submits that the same pertains to some other posts and not related to the post against which the petitioner is working. 3.
