The present Petition, filed under Section 2(b) read with Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeksthe following reliefs: “(a) Initiate proceedings for contempt against the contemnor for willful and deliberate disobedience/violation of the judgment dated 16.04.2018 passed by Hon'ble Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in HMA No. 399 of 2018 titled as Smt. Meenakshi@ Meenakshi Sharma Vs. Sh. Sunil Dutt Sharma. (b) Initiate proceedings for contempt against the contemnor for willful and deliberate violation of the statement/undertaking given by Contemnor on 16.04.20 18to Hon'ble Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in HMA No. 399 of2018 titled as Smt. Meenakshi @ Meenakshi Sharma VS. Sh. Sunil Dutt Sharma. This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/09/2026 at 10:48:15 (c) Direct the contemnor to purge contempt by return of amount of Rs.1,74,000/- to the cousin brother of petitioner through NEFT/RTGS as per details mentioned in the Annexure A- , towards the amount of school fees of minor child deposited by him through NEFT on 08.03.2021 from his bank account and inform the petitioner about the same; (d) Direct the contemnor to purge contempt by complying with the judgment dated 16.04.2018 and the statement/undertaking given by Contemnor on 16.04.2018to Hon'ble Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in HMA No. 399 of2018 titled as Smt. Meenakshi @ Meenakshi Sharma VS. Sh. Sunil Dutt Sharma. (e) Direct the contemnor to pay the school fees of the minor child Pratyush Sharma till completion of 12th standard and also for the fees of coaching classes of child if he wants to prepare for competitive exam of engineering/ medical etc and for entire educational expenses of his graduation whatever child like to pursue like engineering /medical etc and all educational expenses till age of 25 years. (f) Direct the contemnor to not to send messages to petitioner and not to disturb the personal life of petitioner. (g) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of petitioner and against the contemnor.” 2. The Petitioner, who is present in person through video- conferencing and has been duly identified by her learned counsel, Ms. Jaya Tomar, submits that she does not wish to pursue the present Petition and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same. 3.
