Learned counsel for the respondent/State submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable as Clause 11 of the Circular/Scheme dated 02.04.2008 issued by the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, provides that disputes relating to appointment of Anganbadi Worker, Anganbadi Sahayika and Mini Anganbadi Worker are to be decided by the concerned Collector. Therefore, without availing the alternative remedy available before the Collector, 3 the petitioner has directly filed the present writ petition, which is not maintainable. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available under Clause 11 of the Scheme/Circular dated 02.04.2008 by preferring an appeal before the concerned Collector. 4.
