Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 174 days and only two country- made pistol were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner. Learned advocate for the State submits that from the Office of the present petitioner one 9mm Pistol, one Shooter Pipe and 8 live ammunities were recovered. It has been submitted that all the accused persons are facing the trial. Consequently, the learned Court is directed to proceed to the stage of consideration of charges at the earliest. 2 Petitioner will approach this Court after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 80 of 2026 is rejected. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
