Instant I.A. is filed seeking modification of the Court’s order dated 4th May, 2026 in respect of the petitioner in ABLAPL No.4573 of 2026 3. The petitioner is having two other antecedents so the I.A. is filed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having two other antecedents and is a lady and hence, the order in ABLAPL needs modification. 5. Considering the allegation in the FIR and the recovery relates to contraband substance, such as, Brown Sugar and the petitioner is shown to have two other antecedents, this Court is not inclined to modify the order in the ABLAPL. In view of the order in ABLAPL, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the court concerned within the extended period of three weeks to be commenced from today. 6.
