Even before this Court could hear an opening argument from the learned counsel for the petitioner with respect to the subject matter of the writ petition what came to be submitted is that there are certain documents which are not accompanying the writ petition and for that adjournment be granted. 2. If the requisite documents were not available at the disposal of the petitioner now found so essential to be cited at the very first hearing of this writ petition, then petitioner should not have ventured to file the writ petition and then ask for an adjournment for placing on record the documents. 3.
