It is stated that the present arbitral proceedings concern a Lease Agreement dated 19.12.2019. Disputes having arisen between the parties, this Court appointed the Sole Arbitrator vide order dated 02.08.2024 in ARB.P. 265/2024. The arbitral proceedings are at the stage of examination of Respondent’s witnesses and the mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on 17.09.2026. In this backdrop, extension of the mandate is sought by a period of six months. 3. Issue notice. 4. Mr. V.K. Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the mandate being extended. 5.
