The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent no.2-Deputy Development Commissioner, Chatra to pay all the retiral benefits with interest @ 10% per annum from the date of retirement to date of payment, as the petitioner retired on 31st December, 2019 from the post of Chowkidar, in the Inspection Banglow, Hundterganj District- Chatra under the office of D.D.C. Chatra. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is entitled for all retiral dues but the same has not been paid to the petitioner in spite of the fact that he worked for the respondent department for more than 39 years. Accordingly, the instant application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 who will look into the matter. ( 2026:JHHC:19636 ) 3. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that though counter-affidavit has not been filed, however, if the petitioner so desires, he may approach the concerned respondent. 4. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no.2 as early as possible. 5. The moment, the 2nd respondent will receive the representation, he will look into the matter raised in the representation and pass an appropriate order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.
