Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the entire record including the impugned order. Now charges have been framed. 3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 20.02.2026. 4. Allegation against the petitioner is that due to land dispute the petitioner shot at his brother, as a result of which he sustained injury. Doctor has also taken pellet from the body of the injured. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been completed and charge has been framed in this case. 6. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 7. Considering the fact that since charge has already been framed, I am inclined to allow this application.
